故事背景：4人游骑兵队员在机缘巧合下组成了一支天龙特攻队，这支特攻队无往不利，是军队里最顶尖的秘密团队。这天，CIA的林区给特攻队发布了一个任务，说是自由斗士占据了伊拉克的造币厂，意图使用美钞的印刷雕版生产数十亿的非法美金，他希望特攻队能进入巴格达夺回印刷雕版和巨额美金。
接到任务后，特攻队的头头泥巴把这件事告诉了将军摩里森，希望得到将军的行动许可。然而知道行动目的地是巴格达的时候，将军要求泥巴拒绝这次任务，因为那是个极度危险的区域，此次行动过于冒险，可能会全军覆没，但是泥巴并不打算放弃，反而一再劝说将军同意这次行动。
知道泥巴的性子，将军只能勉强同意送上祝福。但事实上，不止将军一人持反对态度，另一位女上尉同样不允许特攻队参与这次任务。
所以为了任务能顺利进行，泥巴带领着怪头、哮狼、小白三人刻意避开了女上尉的监视。在制定了一套完美的行动计划之后，四人来到了巴格达，飙车，枪战，心跳。
