HuAng Wanjuan, born on September 29, 1984 in Huai'an, Anhui Province, China, is an actress from mainland China. She graduated from the Department of Performing Arts at Beijing Film Academy with a Bachelor's degree in 2006.
She began her acting career with her first television drama "The Next Season" in 2006 and then starred in "Ten Great Injustice" directed by King Wong in 2007. She played the role of a mythical fairy in the historical fantasy series "Wan Li Lake" in 2010. In 2013, she worked together with Zhang Ningde, Jiang Wenli, and Guo Wenling to star in the urban drama "Love Is Most Beautiful". In the same year, she starred in the martial arts drama "Dong Qing" directed by Lai Shuqing.
In 2014, she starred in the mystery period drama "Heart Like Iron", and in 2015, she starred as Liu Lanzi in the historical period drama "Yellow River Roars". In the same year, she also starred in the spy drama "Maggots" and the historical period drama "Liberate Yellow River" as a villainess named Liu Zhenzheng.
As of now, Huang Wanjuan is working on the TV drama "Shining Unchained" for 2017.
